Will the magnets in the case damage my phone or credit cards?
Our Neodymium magnets are specially shielded and safe for modern smartphones. They will not affect your GPS, Apple Pay, or credit cards; however, we recommend keeping them away from hotel key cards or older magnetic strip media.
Is the RokLock mounting system compatible with all mounts?
Yes, our patented RokLock twist-lock system is universal across our entire ecosystem, including bike, motorcycle, and car mounts.
Are ROKFORM cases compatible with wireless charging?
Most of our newer cases are designed to be wireless charging compatible. For optimal performance, we recommend removing the center magnet if your specific model requires it.
How much drop protection do your cases provide?
ROKFORM cases are built to exceed military drop-test standards (MIL-STD-810G), featuring reinforced corners and high-impact polycarbonate shells.
Do the cases come with a screen protector?
While our cases feature a raised bezel to protect the screen, tempered glass screen protectors are sold separately for maximum 360-degree coverage.
Can I use ROKFORM mounts with other phone brands?
Absolutely. If we don't make a specific case for your device, our Universal Adapter allows you to use the RokLock system with almost any hard-shell case.
